Repair for Dry, Flaking and Chapped Lips

Chapping is a barrier problem. Once the surface cracks, moisture escapes faster than it can be replaced, and the cycle continues until the barrier is rebuilt. That needs an occlusive layer, not just hydration.

How to break the cycle

Apply a nourishing lip product several times a day rather than once, and particularly before sleeping, since mouth breathing overnight dries lips considerably. Do not peel flaking skin — it removes healthy tissue underneath and restarts the cycle. Our tinted lip care combines colour with a nourishing base.

Why do my lips get worse in winter?

Cold dry air pulls moisture out faster, and indoor heating compounds it.

Can chapped lips be a sign of something else?

Persistent cracking at the corners can indicate a deficiency or an infection. If it does not resolve in two weeks, see a doctor.
